Which areas do you cover?
We let and manage homes across the UK. Each listing shows the exact location, transport links and what is nearby. If you are a landlord further afield, contact us – we will tell you honestly whether we can cover your property.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Call +44 7714 088350 or send a message through the contact form. We reply within one working day and can usually offer a viewing within the week, including evenings and Saturdays.
What does it cost to rent a home?
Weekly rents start from £115 for a studio flat and rise to £195 for a three-bedroom family home. There are no hidden fees: the quote we send is the price you pay, and it is always agreed in writing before you commit.
What is included in the rent?
All homes come with fast Wi-Fi and are fully compliant with UK letting law (gas safety, electrical certificates and EPC). Selected homes also include council tax, water rates or garden maintenance – each listing states exactly what is included.
What referencing do you carry out?
Standard referencing covers identity, right to rent, credit checks, employment and previous landlord references. We treat every application fairly and explain any decision in writing.
I am a landlord – what do your services cost?
Tenant Find is a fixed £185 fee (no let, no charge), Rent Collection is 6% of the monthly rent, and Full Management is 12% of the monthly rent. Maintenance coordination is £45 per hour, or included with Full Management. See our Services page for what each includes.
How fast do you handle repairs?
Urgent repairs (no heating, water or a safety issue) are attended within 24 hours. Routine repairs are normally completed within 5 working days. Tenants have a 24/7 line for genuine emergencies.
